By accessing quelm.app (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Quelm Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation (“Quelm,” “we,” “us”).

2. The Site

The Site provides information about Quelm's precision health platform, technology, and intellectual property. It also allows visitors to join a waitlist for early access and to submit investor or partnership inquiries. The platform described on the Site is under active development and is not yet publicly available.

3. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Quelm platform. Waitlist position, timing, and availability are at our sole discretion. We may contact you at the email address you provide with updates about launch timelines and early access opportunities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, data visualizations, software architecture descriptions, and innovation descriptions — is owned by Quelm Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
