Quelm Inc. (“Quelm,” “we,” “us”) is a Delaware C-Corporation building a precision health platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information through quelm.app (the “Site”).

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the Site:

• Waitlist sign-ups: Your email address, submitted voluntarily when you request early access.
• Investor inquiries: Name, email, firm name, and message, submitted through the investor contact form.
• Partner inquiries: Name, email, organization, and message, submitted through the partner contact form.
• Rate-limiting data: Your IP address, stored temporarily to prevent abuse. This data is automatically purged after expiration.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To communicate about early access, product updates, and launch timelines.
• To respond to investor and partner inquiries.
• To prevent abuse and protect the integrity of the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (neon.tech) with encryption at rest and in transit. The Site is hosted on Vercel's edge network. We use HTTPS exclusively and apply Content Security Policy headers to mitigate cross-site scripting.

5. Cookies & Tracking

The Site does not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or analytics services that profile individual visitors. We may use essential cookies strictly necessary for Site functionality (e.g., CSRF protection). No personal data is shared with advertising networks.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if applicable.

7. Data Retention

Waitlist and inquiry data is retained until you request removal or until the data is no longer necessary for its original purpose. Rate-limiting entries are automatically purged after their expiration window.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Quelm evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
